Description
Cheese and chili along with Mexican spices and a squeeze of lime make this the perfect Superbowl appetizer!
Ingredients
- 1-½ cup Milk
- 1 package (32 Oz. Size) Velveeta Cheese
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Chili, No Beans
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- ½ teaspoons Cumin
- ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
Preparation
Add milk into a skillet, then add all of the remaining ingredients. Place on stove over medium heat and bring to a bubble, then reduce heat to low and stir until well combined and heated through. Serve right away with tortilla chips.
If keeping this out for extended period of time, put in a crockpot to keep warm.
