A wonderfully purple vegan smoothie, rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Just 4 ingredients and 5 minutes
Ingredients
- ½ cups Blueberries
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1 Banana
- ½ cups Coconut Milk, Or Dairy Free Milk Of Your Choice
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass or jar, and enjoy!
Notes: You can use 1/2 cup of Greek yoghurt in place of the coconut milk if you wish. It’s delicious and healthy both ways!
