Description
A nice decoration and a simple cocktail snack, especially for a children’s party.
Ingredients
- 1 whole Ripe Pineapple
- 1 pound Grapes (More If Needed)
- ½ pounds Soft Or Semi-Soft Cheese, Diced (More If Needed)
Preparation
Rinse the pineapple and the grapes. Drain using paper towels.
Cut a block of cheese into bite-size cubes (about 1/2 inch). Take a toothpick and poke it through the cheese cube, and then the grape. Stick the toothpick with a cheese side into a pineapple eye.
Repeat until all the pineapple eyes are filled. You may use various kinds of cheese and grapes.
