Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Goat Cheese Log
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Basil
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Rosemary
- 1 jar (about 15 Oz. Size) Harvard Style Beets
Preparation
Roll goat cheese in dried basil and rosemary. Take two slices of the beets and spread goat cheese onto beets. Eat as if they were little beet sandwiches!
