Description
Creamy beer cheese is kicked up a notch with spicy sriracha hot sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 block (8 Oz. Block) Cream Cheese, Softened
- ⅔ cups Beer, Lager
- 3 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 teaspoons Sriracha Hot Sauce
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Adjust hot sauce to taste. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
