Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- ¾ teaspoons Ground Cayenne Red Pepper
- ½ teaspoons Cumin
- ½ teaspoons Chili Powder
- 2 cups Whole Pecans
Preparation
Preheat oven to 300 F. In a medium sized bowl, combine oil with sugar and spices. Add pecans and toss to coat.
Place nuts on a baking sheet, spreading them into one even layer. Bake at 300 F for 10-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
Remove pan from oven and allow nuts to cool before serving.
