Description
Here is a recipe my grandma makes at Christmas. The name is accurate, as this is very addicting and can be adjusted to fit your favorite crackers. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 3 cups Corn Chex
- 3 cups Rice Chex
- 3 cups Wheat Chex
- 2 cups Harvest Vegetable Crackers
- 2 cups Preztels
- 2 cups Wheat Sticks
- 2 cups Cheese-its, Cheddar Or White Cheddar
- 2 cups Mixed Nuts
- 1 cup Oyster Crackers
- ¾ cups Canola Oil
- 2 teaspoons Dill Weed
- ¼ teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1 package (1 Oz. Packet) Ranch Dressing Mix
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200ºF. Put all 20 cups of cracker mix in a large roasting pan and set aside. In a glass measuring cup, mix oil, dill weed, garlic salt, and ranch dressing mix. Pour over cracker mix and carefully stir until coated.
Bake covered for 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Store in covered container. Delicious!
