Description
An Asian-inspired hummus that is sweet and savory, with a little kick of heat and made with creamy peanut butter.
Ingredients
- 15 ounces, weight Canned Garbanzo Beans, Drained, Rinsed
- 2 Tablespoons Creamy Organic Or Natural Peanut Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- ½ teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tablespoon Water To Thin Out The Sauce, If Necessary
Preparation
In a food processor mix together all the ingredients and process until smooth. Serve with vegetables or pita chips.
