This is a vegan version of my Dana’s Bread recipe. For the love of kale … Pesto.
Ingredients
- 1-½ cup Fresh Basil Leaves, Washed And Dried
- 1-½ cup Baby Kale, Washed And Dried
- ½ cups Walnuts, Lightly Toasted
- 4 cloves Garlic
- ½ teaspoons Sea Salt (or More To Taste)
- ½ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preparation
In the bowl of a food processor, combine the basil, kale, walnuts, garlic and sea salt. Pulse to combine. Add the olive oil and process until smooth, or desired consistency.
