Description

My favorite homemade hummus using cilantro, chick peas, and seasonings.

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces, weight Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas), Drained
  • ½ cups Olive Oil
  • 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro, Separated From Stems
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic, Minced
  • ½ teaspoons Salt, Or To Taste
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper Or To Taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice

Preparation

Mix all ingredients into a food processor. Add more olive oil if it is too dry (I usually don’t add more than 2 more tablespoons but this is according to preference).
