Description
My favorite homemade hummus using cilantro, chick peas, and seasonings.
Ingredients
- 15 ounces, weight Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas), Drained
- ½ cups Olive Oil
- 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro, Separated From Stems
- 2 teaspoons Garlic, Minced
- ½ teaspoons Salt, Or To Taste
- ½ teaspoons Pepper Or To Taste
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
Preparation
Mix all ingredients into a food processor. Add more olive oil if it is too dry (I usually don’t add more than 2 more tablespoons but this is according to preference).
