Description

Sweet juicy mangoes transformed into a delicious salsa. Excellent with tortilla chips for snacking or over grilled chicken or fish as an entree.

Ingredients

  • 1  Mango, Peeled And Diced
  • 1 can (14 1/2 Oz. Size) Fire Roasted Tomatoes, Drained
  • ⅓ cups Diced Red Onion
  • ⅓ cups Diced Red Pepper
  • 1  Jalapeno, Seeds And Veins Removed, Minced
  • ½  Lime, Juiced
  • ¼ cups Chopped Cilantro
  • Kosher Salt To Taste

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing thoroughly. Season to taste with salt.
