Description

Whole wheat pancakes that are perfect to customize to your liking.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups White Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil

Preparation

Stir together dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk and oil. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened (batter may be lumpy).

Cook on a preheated griddle until bubbles form and edges start to dry. Flip and cook until lightly browned.

Adding a bit of vanilla extract or almond extract adds an extra boost of flavor.

Customize the pancakes as you’d like, with chocolate chips, berries, fruits, a cinnamon sugar swirl, etc.
