Ingredients
- 2 whole Bananas, Peeled And Frozen
- ¾ cups Plain Non-fat Yogurt
- ¾ cups Milk (or Enough To Achieve Desired Consistency)
- 2 teaspoons Espresso Powder
- 1-½ Tablespoon Chocolate Malted Milk Powder (like Ovaltine)
- 1 teaspoon Sweetener Of Your Choice – Sugar, Honey, Agave
- 2 Tablespoons Ground Flaxmeal
Preparation
Cut bananas into chunks and place in blender.
Add remaining ingredients and blend 30 seconds.
Garnish with whipped cream and cocoa powder if desired.
