Buffalo Chicken Dip.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Chicken
- 1 cup Hot Sauce Or Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1 package (8 Oz. Size) Cream Cheese
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese, divided
Preparation
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Brown ground chicken in skillet. Drain off excess fat. Place in bowl and add hot sauce, just enough to coat the ground chicken. Mix and set aside.
Spread cream cheese in bottom of casserole dish, layer with half of the shredded cheese.
Top with ground chicken. Add the remaining cheese and bake for approximately 20 minutes. Serve with crackers/tortilla chips.
