Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 cup Milk, Dairy Or Non-dairy
  • ½ cups Ice Cubes
  • 1 Tablespoon Hemp Hearts Or Chia Seeds (optional)

Preparation

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend on high speed until smooth. Serve cold.
