Description

Ingredients

  • ½ pounds Ground Breakfast Sausage
  • ½ cups White Onion, Diced
  • ½ cups Green Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 8  Eggs, Beaten
  • ½ cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ cups Heavy Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Parsley

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425ºF.

Heat in a 10-inch oven proof skillet over medium heat. Add sausage, onion and bell pepper. Cook and crumble sausage until sausage is cooked through and onion and bell peppr are soft.

In a large bowl, mix eggs, cheese, heavy cream and parsley. Pour egg mixtue on top of sausage mixture and stir. Let cook for 2–3 minutes.

Remove skillet from heat and place skillet in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until center of frittata is set.
