Description
This wildly popular Italian cocktail is a great aperitivo. It’s light and refreshing and full of Aperol orangey goodness. Aperol is finally available in the United States, so we can make them here!
Ingredients
- 3 ounces, fluid Prosecco (or Any Sparkling Wine)
- 1 ounce, fluid Aperol
- Splash Of Soda Water, Sparkling Water Or Club Soda
- 1 slice Orange
Preparation
Pour the sparkling wine into a glass of ice cubes. Add the Aperol and then a splash of sparkling water. Float a nice thick slice of orange on top; it will infuse the drink with orangey goodness even more as you sip.
