Ingredients
- 10 Jalapenos
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 8 ounces, weight Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Kosher Salt And Freshly Ground Pepper
- 20 strips Bacon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scrape out the seeds and membrane.
Mix cream cheese and sharp cheddar cheese in a large bowl. Add garlic powder, salt, and the freshly ground pepper.
Stuff each jalapeno with the cheese mixture. Wrapped each jalapeno with a bacon strip.
Place in a rimmed sheet pan and put in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until bacon gets crispy and cheese melts.
