These Banana Honey and Oat Pancakes are the healthy start your morning needs. No processed sugar and low in calories!
Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon Melted Salted Butter
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cups Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ½ cups Self Raising Flour
- ½ cups Oats
Preparation
Mash bananas and add cinnamon.
In a bowl, add melted butter, eggs, milk, honey and vanilla. Mix well.
Mix baking soda, salt, self-raising flour and oats. Pour bananas into the bowl and mix well. Add to the batter and mix.
Cook pancakes using a nonstick pan, in 1/4 cup portions.
