This is such a delicious and protein-rich start to my day. It’s also great as an afternoon pick-me-up!
Ingredients
- 1 Banana, Peeled
- ½ cups Milk Or Plain Yogurt
- 1 Kale Leaf, Torn In Pieces
- 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
- ½ Tablespoons Honey
- 1 teaspoon Ground Flax Seed (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons Shredded Coconut (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Cocoa Powder (optional)
- 1 cup Crushed Ice
Preparation
Place all of the ingredients (including desired optional ingredients but excluding the ice), in blender. Put the lid on and blend until smooth. Start with a low speed and finish on a high speed. Add ice and again, blend until smooth. Serve!
