    This healthy shake will give you a boost of energy and an immune system boost!

    Ingredients

    • ½ cups Milk
    • 1 whole Banana, Peeled
    • 2 teaspoons Wheat Germ
    • ¼ teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
    • 1 teaspoon Raw Honey
    • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

    Preparation

    Put all of the ingredients into your blender, put the lid on and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
