This recipe for bite-sized Cheese Tart with Dried Fruit Chutney is the perfect appetizer for any occasion. This tart has a nice crunchy bite combined with the creamy Mascarpone cheese and the sweet flavor of the dried fruit chutney and the nutty taste of the toasted pecan. Ingredients
- 7-½ Tablespoons Softened Mascarpone Or Goat Cheese
- 15 Mini Fillo Shells
- 5 Tablespoons Dried Fruit Chutney
- 2-½ Tablespoons Toasted Chopped Pecans
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF and bake tartlet shells for 5 minutes. Remove and cool.
Add 1½ teaspoons mascarpone or goat cheese to each tartlet shell. Spoon 1 teaspoon dried fruit Chutney over the cheese in each shell. Sprinkle each with ½ teaspoon of toasted chopped pecans.
Serve immediately.
