    Description

    Chopped avocado, tomato, onion black beans, lime and cilantro. Yum! Serve it with your favorite tortilla chips.

    Ingredients

    • 1 whole Large Tomato, Seeded And Chopped
    • ½  Red Onion, Minced
    • ½ cans (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
    • 3  Ripe Avocados, Peeled, Pitted And Chopped
    • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
    • ¼ teaspoons Salt
    • 1 pinch Ground Pepper, Or To Taste
    • ½ cups Chopped Fresh Cilantro, Or More To Taste

    Preparation

    Stir tomato, red onion, black beans, and avocado together in a large bowl.

    Mix lime juice, salt, black pepper, and cilantro into avocado mixture and mash with a fork until desired texture is achieved.

    Serve immediately with chips.
