Description

Hold the phone and shut the front door! Blueberries, peaches, and mandarin oranges? Oh, yes. Oh, yes, my friend. They are here, and they are wonderful. This fruit medley is the very reason breakfast was invented.

Ingredients

  • 1  Peach, Quartered With Skin Left On
  • 3  Mandarin Oranges
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds

Preparation

Blend peach, mandarin oranges, and blueberries in a high-speed blender and mix until smooth, adding 2 to 4 tablespoons water, if necessary.

Add chia seeds and continue blending until smooth. Pour into glass jars and let sit in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Note: This is perfect for making the night before. It will be super thick in the morning for a filling, healthy breakfast.
