Blueberry Spinach Smoothie

Description

A smoothie made with blueberries, banana, spinach, strawberries and Greek yogurt.

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 whole Ripe Banana (peeled)
  • ⅔ cups Frozen Blueberries
  • 2 whole Large Frozen Strawberries, Hulled
  • 1 cup Spinach Leaves
  • ½ cups Milk Of Choice (dairy, Coconut, Soy, Almond)
  • 2 teaspoons Protein Powder (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey, Or To Taste

Preparation

Add all of the ingredients ino a blender, cover with the lid, and whirl until smooth. Add more milk if needed to reach the desired consistency and taste for sweetness, adjusting as necessary. Pour into two glasses and enjoy promptly.
