    Description

    Gluten-free and dairy-free Breakfast Bagel.

    Ingredients

    • 2  Gluten Free Bagels
    • 250 grams Minced Beef Or Pork
    • ½ teaspoons Sage
    • ½ teaspoons Thyme
    • ½ teaspoons Onion Powder
    • 2 slices Dairy-free Cheese
    • 2  Eggs
    • 1 Tablespoon Dairy Free Milk
    • Salt And Pepper, For Seasoning

    Preparation

    Toast bagels and set aside.

    Mix minced meat, sage, thyme, onion powder, salt and pepper. Shape into patties. In a shallow pan over medium heat, cook for 4 minutes on each side.

    Place 2 patties in each bagel. Top with cheese slices.

    Beat eggs, milk and salt and pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil into a saucepan over medium heat. Pour in eggs and push around until cooked. Divide between the bagels and enjoy.
