Tired of eating a breakfast that doesn’t keep you full? I was too, until I started eating this creamy and smooth soy yogurt with apple, cinnamon and flaxseed oil. It taste amazing and the flaxseed oil will help keep you full.

Ingredients

  • 195 grams Soy Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 whole Apple, Cored
  • 2 dashes Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Flaxseed Oil

Preparation

Chop the apple and combine all ingredients in a bowl. Enjoy!
