Description
Simple dip made from cream cheese and brown butter, perfect for dipping fruit, crackers, pretzels, or just eat it with your finger.
Ingredients
- 6 Tablespoons Butter
- ⅓ cups Dark Brown Sugar
- 6 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- ⅔ cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
Preparation
In a saucepan, melt butter and cook until brown. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add vanilla and cinnamon, mix well. Add butter mixture to cream cheese mixture and mix well.
Serve warm or cold, with crackers, pretzels, or fruit.
