Great appetizer for any party!
Ingredients
- 16 ounces, weight Ground Turkey
- 2 whole Shallots, Minced
- ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoons Sea Salt
- ½ cups Buffalo Sauce (Your Favorite)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
In a mixing bowl, add ground turkey, shallots, black pepper, and salt. Mix well. Pack into a 9×5 nonstick loaf pan and pat down well. Add Buffalo sauce on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to rest 5 minutes.
Cut into preferred size nuggets. Remove from baking pan and serve on a platter with toothpicks. Enjoy! I love to serve these with a platter of raw carrots, avocado, celery sticks, and grape tomatoes.
