Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 slices Artisan Bread Of Choice
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt And Black Pepper
  • 5 ounces, weight Fresh Burrata Ball, Cut In Half

Preparation

In a small saucepan, add balsamic vinegar. Heat over low, stirring occasionally, until thick and reduced by at at least 2/3. The vinegar should easily coat the back of a spoon. Remove from heat and set aside.

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Brush bread with olive oil on both sides and season with salt and black pepper. Place bread in the oven to toast, about 8–10 minutes (flip after 5 minutes).

Divide burrata between bowls. Distribute figs evenly and drizzle with reduced balsamic vinegar. Garnish with fresh thyme. Serve with crispy bread and enjoy immediately!
