Description
A warm and spicy coffee drink, perfect for the cold weather!
Ingredients
- ⅔ cups Ground Coffee
- 4 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Gound Cinnamon (or Cinnamon Stick)
- 4 ounces, weight Piloncillo (or 1 Cup Packed Dark Brown Sugar)
Preparation
In a medium saucepan, mix together coffee grounds with water, sugar and cinnamon and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5–10 minutes until the sugar has fully dissolved.
Pour into a French press or strain through a fine mesh strainer. Pour into mugs and enjoy.
