This is a favorite family recipe we use during the holiday season. I hope you enjoy it!
Ingredients
- 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Finely Grated Onion
- 2 ounces, weight Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- 1-½ cup Pecans, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
- Crackers, To Serve
Preparation
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, onion and cheese. Divide in half and form into 2 balls.
Roll balls in the chopped pecans and parsley and place them on a plate. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with crackers. Delicious!
