Description
Hot bean dip filled with shredded chicken.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 12 ounces, weight Refried Beans
- 1 cup Shredded Chicken
- 12 ounces, weight Salsa
- 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
- ¼ cups Diced Tomatoes
- 2 whole Diced Jalapeno Peppers Diced
- 2 whole Scallions Sliced Thin
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Spread cream cheese over the bottom of an 8×8 baking dish. Spread beans over the top of the cream cheese.
Sprinkle chicken over the top of the beans. Pour salsa over the chicken. Top with shredded cheese. Sprinkle with tomatoes and jalapenos.
Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes. Sprinkle sliced scallions just before serving.
Enjoy it hot with chips!
