Chocolate Berry Smoothie

    Description

    A heathly cure for a chocolate craving! A great source of vitamins and minerals plus 1 serving calcium and fruit each.

    Ingredients

    • 6 ounces, weight Fat-free Vanilla Yogurt (frozen)
    • 1 cup Mixed Frozen Berries
    • ½ cups Ice
    • 3 Tablespoons Carnation Sugar- Free Chocolate Instant Breakfast Powder Mix
    • 2 Tablespoons Sugar- Free Chocolate Syrup (Hershey’s)

    Preparation

    Place yogurt in the freezer, overnight or until frozen soild. When ready to use, remove from freezer and run under hot water 1 to 2 minutes to help remove yogurt from container.

    Place frozen berries, ice, yogurt, instant breakfast mix and chocolate syrup in a blender. Blend on high 1 to 2 minutes or until well combined. Pour into a glass and enjoy a healthy breakfast or snack.
