Description
These little Cinnamon Sunflower Seed Bites are great for when you’re on the go and need a quick pick-me-up. The sweetness from the honey and crunch from the toasted seeds and nuts make a delicious combination.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Sunflower Seed Kernels
- ¼ cups Almonds, Chopped
- ¾ teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- Salt – Small Sprinkle
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
Now for the sticky part. Make 15 little piles of the mixture onto your parchment paper. I used the teaspoon measuring spoon and it makes a good-sized bite.
Bake for 5 minutes. Let cool completely before removing them from the parchment paper.
