A refreshing light summery treat that packs an unsuspecting protein punch.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Silk Cashew Milk (or Milk Of Choice)
- 1 envelope (Single Serve Size) Wyler’s Light Singles To Go Lemonade Drink Mix
- ¼ cups 100 Calorie Vanilla Protein Mix (I Use Designer Whey French Vanilla)
Preparation
Pour half of the cashew milk into an ice tray and freeze. Once frozen, pop out the cubes and toss in a blender. Add the remaining half of the cashew milk, the lemonade drink packet and the protein powder. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
