- 1 cup Milk, Dairy Or Non-dairy
- ½ cups Ice Cubes
- 1 Tablespoon Hemp Hearts Or Chia Seeds (optional)
Preparation
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend on high speed until smooth. Serve cold.
