Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip

Description

This is such a simple and wonderful crockpot buffalo chicken dip that will be sure to spice up any game day! I love them with blue corn chips.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Shredded Rotisserie Chicken
  • 1 cup Franks Buffalo Sauce
  • 10 slices Pepper Jack Cheese, Diced Small
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Diced Small
  • 4 whole Scallions, Thinly Sliced
  • 2 stalks Celery, Diced Small
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder

Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients in a crock pot and give them a stir. Close it up and turn the heat to high. Let the dip cook for 2 hours to melt the cheeses and meld the flavors. Serve immediately with your favorite dippers like blue corn chips right from the crockpot set on warm!
