Crockpot Curried Almonds

Description

These curried almonds are delicious healthy snack. They are salty, sweet, spicy and take no effort to make!

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • ½ Tablespoons Salt
  • 1 cup Almonds

Preparation

Combine coconut oil, curry powder and salt in a bowl. Add into the slow cooker and stir in almonds. Cook on low heat for 2 to 3 hours.

Turn slow cooker to high, remove lid and cook 1 to ½ hours. Serve warm or cold.
