Crockpot Queso

Description

This is a queso that I put together from several other recipes just because I didn’t have all the right ingredients for either one and didn’t have time to drive 30 minutes one way to the grocery store.

Ingredients

  • ½ pounds Cooked And Drained Breakfast Sausage, Hot Or Mild
  • 16 ounces, weight Velvetta 2%, Cubed
  • 10 ounces, weight Rotel (Original)
  • 15 ounces, weight Can Green Enchilada Sauce Just 1/2 The Can

Preparation

Add all ingredients into a small crockpot. Stir, cover and cook on low for a couple of hours or until heated through and cheese is melted.

Great with tortilla chips or veggies.
