Description

A smoothie that will instantly take you to a tropical island and fill you up all at once.

Ingredients

  • 1  Banana
  • ¾ cups Frozen Mango
  • ¾ cups Frozen Papaya
  • 1-½ cup Rice Milk
  • ¼ cups Shredded Coconut
  • ⅓ cups Chopped Dates
  • ¼ cups Chopped Macadamia Nuts

Preparation

1. Place banana, mango, papaya and rice milk in the blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add in coconut, dates and macadamia nuts and blend until just combined; you can blend more if you prefer a creamier consistency. I enjoyed the texture that the chopped ingredients added when not over-blended.
