Ingredients
- 1 whole Frozen Chopped Banana
- 1 package (3 1/2 Oz. Size) Pitaya Frozen Packet
- ¼ cups Frozen Riced Cauliflower
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Shredded Coconut, For Topping
- 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds, For Topping
Preparation
In a blender, add banana, pitaya packet, cauliflower and coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
Pour in a bowl and sprinkle on toppings. Grab a spoon and dig in!
