Ingredients
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Cannellini Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 1 cup Shelled Edamame (store Bought, Or You Can Thaw Frozen And Shell Yourself)
- ½ whole Medium Lemon, Juiced
- ¼ cups Fresh Cilantro Leaves
- 2 Tablespoons Freshly Chopped Parsley
- 1-½ Tablespoon Tahini (sesame Paste)
- 2 cloves Garlic, Rough Chop
- ½ teaspoons Ground Cumin
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
Preparation
Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until desired consistency. Give it a taste and adjust salt as needed.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
