Description

Creamier, nuttier and healthier—this isn’t your run-of-the-mill hummus!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Cannellini Beans, Drained And Rinsed
  • 1 cup Shelled Edamame (store Bought, Or You Can Thaw Frozen And Shell Yourself)
  • ½ whole Medium Lemon, Juiced
  • ¼ cups Fresh Cilantro Leaves
  • 2 Tablespoons Freshly Chopped Parsley
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Tahini (sesame Paste)
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Rough Chop
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Cumin
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt

Preparation

Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until desired consistency. Give it a taste and adjust salt as needed.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
