Utilize your garden greens and make a tasty infused vodka – no artificial flavors here!
Ingredients
- ⅓ cups Fresh Cucumber, Sliced
- 8 ounces, fluid Vodka, Your Choice Of Brand
- 1 whole 8-ounce Canning Jar With Lid And Ring
Preparation
Wash and clean one 8 ounce canning jar with lid and screw top.
Thinly slice 1/3 cup of fresh cucumber.
Put cucumber in bottom of canning jar, and pour vodka over the top. Seal with lid and screw top tightly.
Store in cool dark place for one week – such as the fridge. Gently shake daily.
Serve over ice by itself or with a cocktail such as my Garden Lover’s Spritzer!
