Description
This is a super simple breakfast: an energy-booster made with figs added to yogurt. It’s high in fiber and minerals including potassium which is great for athletes or high energy days.
Ingredients
- 1 Fresh Fig
- 1 cup Plain Coconut Yogurt (or Your Choice)
- Honey, To Taste
- 1 teaspoon Ground Flax Or Chia Seeds
- Walnuts Or Granola (optional)
Preparation
Wash and quarter your fig. Place in a bowl of yogurt. Drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with your choice of seeds. Add optional walnuts or granola. Enjoy!
