    This super-smoothie is loaded with vitamins and nutrients, but all you taste is delicious, sweet fruit!

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Vanilla Soy Milk
    • 1 whole Ripe Banana
    • 4 whole Frozen Strawberries
    • 4 whole Slices Frozen Peaches
    • ¾ cups Raw Spinach Leaves
    • 1 Tablespoon Milled Flax Seed

    Preparation

    Put everything in a blender. Blend it. Pour it into a glass. Sip and enjoy!
