Sweet and tangy, perfect for a fruit tray.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 4 ounces, weight Plain Yogurt
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar, Plus More To Taste
  • Assorted Fruit, For Dipping And Serving

Preparation

Combine cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla, and powdered sugar in a bowl. Stir to combine, microwaving for 30 seconds at a time if needed. (You could also combine the dip ingredients in a food processor or blender.) Taste, and add more powdered sugar to your taste.

Refrigerate until ready to use (up to 3 days), or serve immediately with fruit, bread, or cake.
