A delicious, healthy, and cheesy plant-based queso made from cashews. It’s perfect for the big game or any other gathering requiring cheese dip.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Raw Cashews
- ¾ cups Water
- ¼ cups Nutritional Yeast
- 1-½ Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Turmeric
- ¼ cups Salsa
Preparation
Soak cashews for 20–30 minutes.
Place all ingredients, except salsa, into blender and process until smooth and creamy. Pour into bowl, add salsa, and enjoy.
