A creamy, delicious and smooth garlic and parsley hummus. Mediterranean-style with no tahini required!
Ingredients
- 15 ounces, weight Canned Garbanzo Beans, Drained
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- ⅛ teaspoons Sesame Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 clove Garlic, Peeled
- ½ Tablespoons Parsley
- ½ teaspoons Cumin
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
