Description

This granola is healthy and tastes great! I personally like it best with vanilla yogurt for a homemade parfait

Ingredients

  • 2-½ cups Oats
  • ¼ cups Sunflower Seeds
  • ¼ cups Coconut
  • ¼ cups Wheat Germ Or Flour
  • 1-¼ cup Rice Krispies
  • ⅛ cups Oil
  • ½ cups Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1-½ teaspoon Cinnamon

Preparation

Combine the oats, sunflower seeds, coconut, wheat germ, and rice krispies into a bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients together and bring to a boil. Pour boiled mixture over dry ingredients and mix well. Cook for 7-10 minutes in an insulated pan at 350ºF, turning once.
